| In western system, there is more emphasis on practicals than theory and in Indian system there is more emphasis on theory than practicals. Under this collaborative agreement, we run twinning programs i.e., in 4 semesters of MS, 2 semesters will be conducted in Hyderabad and 2 semesters will be at Marist University, New York. In 2 semesters at Hyderabad, we will give more importance to theory part and 2 semesters at Marist campus, will be giving more importance to practical part. Hence, the student will be getting advantages of two semesters. |
COST REDUCTION

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

| The student has to approach various banks and he should give security / guarantee for the said loan in the country for which he is going and the VISA. For instance, if a student gets a seat in a programme approved by 2 Central Governments, loan processing will be very easy. The college already has got an agreement for educational loans upto Rs.8 lakhs without guarantee / security. If the loan requirement exceeds more than 8 lakhs, then only the students have to provide security for the additional loan. |

VISA

| The student may get a seat in the foreign university only after spending Rs.50,000/- to 60,000/- towards expenses in getting the seat. In our case, since the twinning programme has got approval of the 2 Central Governments, approval of the New York State Government, Federal State Council of USA, American Embassy in India and AICTE, VISA for going to USA for pursuing the balance course will be easier, subject to fulfillment of other generic conditions. |
ADMISSION PROCEDURE

| The student has to pass GRE, TOEFLetc. to go to USA and has to secure 60% of the marks in degree. He / She has to spend Rs.50,000/- to Rs.60,000/- towards the application, processing, consultancy, VISA assistance cost etc. In twinning programme, the eligibility is made easy. The processing cost will be zero. |
