PGDM
The PGDM is the most prestigious programme of St. Mary’s Group of Institutions.
It is a 2 year full time programme comprising four semesters of study including project work. The programme is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India. The programme is also recognized as equivalent to MBA by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
ELIGIBILITY & ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Qualify in MAT/ CAT / ATMA/ XAT / JMET.
Selection Process:
Selection is based on Aptitude test (as indicated above), GD and Personal Interview (as per schedule), Academic Performance and work experience.

The curriculum is continuously evolving in response to changing business environment. Corporates as well as academics involve in curriculum development. PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The PGDM is a two year full time programme comprising four semesters of study including project work. All the papers are for 100 marks with 40% for mid term (Internal) and 60% (External) for end examination.
The course structure is designed not only to impart knowledge of core subjects such as accounting, economics, finance, marketing and human resources by concentrating on electives in particular functional cross disciplinary areas, but also lays special emphasis on developing skills and competencies through exposure to real business situations in the form of case studies. Graduates exposed to management skills and acquire a broad perspective in all areas of management.
INDUSTRY INTERNSHIP
At the end of first year, the students undergo training in the industry for a period of 3-months. This gives them an opportunity to show their talent and capabilities. At the end of training period, students are required to submit a project report, which is evaluated by a panel of experts.
INDUSTRY ACADEMIC INTERFACE
St.Mary’s strongly believes that an academic institution should always focus its efforts towards fulfilling the needs of the industry. To put this perspective into action we have adopted several practices such as Guest Lecturers by Senior Corporate Executives, Live Projects, Panel Discussion & Speaker Sessions. In addition to this, each and every student goes through a rigorous 3 month industry internship.
